Returns Due to Customer Preference

We do not accept returns due to customer preference.

Product Specifications

For quality improvement purposes, product specifications, designs, materials, accessories, and other details may be changed without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.

Defective Products and Incorrect Deliveries

Please contact us at hello@oriibag.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos clearly showing the defect.

If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as an exchange, return, or refund, at our expense.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges due to customer preference.

If you wish to change the color or product, please complete the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, if the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees incurred when the original order was shipped, as well as any shipping costs or fees incurred for returns due to customer preference, are non-refundable.

Orders from Outside Japan

For orders placed from outside Japan, if an item is returned due to customer preference, such as refusal of delivery or failure to receive the package due to prolonged absence, the refund may be issued after deducting return shipping costs and other applicable fees. Depending on the condition of the returned item and other circumstances, a refund may not be available.
